Purpose
This pull request includes updates to the Kubernetes version in the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) deployment configuration and a minor change in the Dockerfile for kernel-memory service.
Updates to AKS deployment configuration:
Deployment/bicep/modules/azurekubernetesservice.bicep: Updated the Kubernetes version from '1.28.10' to '1.30.7' as 1.28 has reached end of life and 1.30 is the LTS version.Minor change in Dockerfile:
Services/src/kernel-memory/Dockerfile: Changed thechowncommand to use a colon:instead of a period.to set ownership of the/appdirectory.Does this introduce a breaking change?
